Hasboun, neurologist and professor of neuroanatomy at the CHU Piti\u00e9-Salp\u00eatri\u00e8re in Paris, Brainset is an interactive 3D visualization of structures within the limbic system, based on Atlas of the Human Brain by J.K. Mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anatomy is inherently spatial. Structures are not arranged side by side like elements in a diagram: they overlap, surround one another, and occupy different depths within the body. Traditional images and animations often require the viewer to mentally reconstruct these relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through WebGL technology, Brainset allows users to explore the model directly in a web browser: rotating structures, zooming, revealing layers, creating sections, and following the Papez circuit through animation.
