Dr. Le Quoy, an ophthalmic surgeon at the Rothschild Foundation, commissioned this project to raise awareness about Marfan syndrome and its surgical solutions.
The disease is rare and little known among doctors, and because it results from a genetic disorder, only surgery can provide treatment: this involves replacing the lens with a prosthesis.
